Abstract
This research paper offers a critical analysis of the intricate relationship between regionalism and national integration in India. As a nation characterized by unparalleled linguistic cultural ethnic and geographical diversity India has continuously navigated the challenges posed by powerful regional identities. The study begins by defining regionalism within the Indian context distinguishing between its benign and malignant forms.
