A Philosophical and Artistic Perspective on Development and Governance
Author(s): Dr. Asim Riaz ChoudharyAbstract
This study delves at the ways in which development and governance connect with aesthetics and philosophy. It contends that conventional methods of development often put an emphasis on technological and economic factors ignoring the significant influence of aesthetic and philosophical factors on the welfare of society. The research suggests a more comprehensive approach to assessing development policies and governance practices by combining philosophical investigations into justice ethics and the common good with aesthetic criteria like proportion harmony and beauty. How policies and surroundings impact individual lives and group cohesiveness may be better understood with the help of the aesthetic component. From a philosophical standpoint it questions traditional ideas of development by placing an emphasis on principles that encourage a broader and more significant participation in society. Incorporating these viewpoints the report argues may improve development and governance in ways that are more sustainable egalitarian and culturally relevant.
