An Alteration in the Manner in Which We Train and Educate

The twenty-first century has witnessed an extraordinary shift in the philosophy structure methodology and practice of training and education across the world driven primarily by technological innovations cognitive science insights sociocultural transitions and globalisation. Traditional models of education—characterised by teacher-centric instruction standardised learning paths passive knowledge reception and rigid classroom boundaries—have gradually given way to dynamic personalised technology-supported and competency-driven frameworks. This transformation has altered how individuals acquire knowledge develop skills interact with learning environments and prepare for socio-economic participation. The abstract highlights that this research investigates the multi-dimensional alteration in training and education emphasising how digital learning systems experiential learning competency-based models lifelong learning ecosystems blended pedagogies AI-enhanced personalisation and constructivist approaches have collectively redefined educational purpose and practice.
