Abstract
This research empirically examines the viewpoints and practical difficulties encountered by rural banks in Virudhachalam Taluk. The study examines customer happiness service delivery financial inclusion and the influence of regional socio-economic variables by thoroughly analyzing survey data and conducting interviews with bank executives. The research emphasizes important factors such as restrictions in infrastructure legal limits and the efficacy of financial goods provided. Evidence suggests that rural banks have a vital function in promoting local economic growth and ensuring financial access for everyone. However they encounter substantial obstacles that hinder their effectiveness and ability to reach a wider audience. Suggestions are put up to improve the efficiency of these banks and provide better services to the rural people of Virudhachalam Taluk.
