Abstract
This research examines the variables that impact the level of work satisfaction among auditors employed in auditing businesses. The study used a mixed-methods approach to examine both quantitative data obtained from surveys and qualitative insights gathered from interviews. This analysis aims to uncover the primary factors that influence work satisfaction in this particular profession. The research examines many elements like the work environment salary professional growth prospects work-life balance and management methods. The findings indicate that job satisfaction is highly influenced by remuneration and career growth prospects as well as work environment and management techniques. The findings emphasize the need of establishing conducive work environments and offering possibilities for career advancement to promote job satisfaction among auditors. These results indicate that auditing companies should give priority to these aspects in order to enhance staff retention and performance.
