Abstract
Corporations are now seeking more comprehensive techniques for assessing their performance beyond standard financial measurements due to the growing emphasis on sustainability. Integrated Reporting (IR) is a revolutionary method that consolidates financial and non-financial data into a single report showcasing a companys strategy governance and performance in connection to environmental social and economic concerns. This study examines the implementation and impact of Integrated Reporting on improving business sustainability practices. The research investigates the impact of IR frameworks on transparency stakeholder involvement and the generation of long-term value by analysing case studies from different sectors. The results indicate that Information Retrieval (IR) enables a comprehensive perspective on business performance and enhances decision-making. However there are still obstacles to overcome such as the need for standardisation and ensuring data accuracy. The paper provides suggestions for enhancing IR practices and identifies potential topics for further research to have a deeper understanding of its influence on business sustainability.
