Many firms prioritise the recruitment hiring motivation and retention of female employees. Each firm has its own unique methodology. An extensive study was carried out and presented to evaluate several characteristics associated with job satisfaction and prospective strategies that the IT organisation might use to recruit and retain a greater number of female employees. Research in the field of information technology has shown the need for the advancement of female experts in several domains. The results of this study expand on the findings of the prior research [24]. This research will contribute to the current body of knowledge and play a significant role in establishing new policies to provide assistance for women in the information technology area. Examining the economic progress via the involvement of female employees in an IT company offers a two-fold viewpoint while assessing measures of job satisfaction allows us to recognise the capabilities of women and their standing in the workplace.
