Analysing the Impact of Anxiety on Students

The effects of anxiety on academic success and mental health are the focus of this research. The importance of comprehending the impact of anxiety on academic performance has grown in recent years due to rising student worries over their mental health. In order to determine how common anxiety is among students and how it relates to their grades participation in class and general well-being this study used a mixed-methods strategy combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews. There is a strong correlation between increased anxiety and worse mental health outcomes reduced classroom engagement and worse academic accomplishment according to the results. Research has shown that academic pressure societal expectations and individual stresses are major contributors to student anxiety. Discussion centres on policy and education implications with suggestions for interventions and support systems to reduce anxiety and create a more welcoming classroom.
