Assessment of the Green Administrations Progress in Promoting Environmental Fairness and Equality
Author(s): Dr. Pranjal DahiyaAbstract
This research assesses the efficacy of the Green Administration in promoting environmental fairness and impartiality with a specific emphasis on the impact of policy efforts. Environmental equality and justice are integral aspects of sustainable development guaranteeing that all communities especially those who have been historically marginalised have equal access to a pristine and salubrious environment. This assessment examines the tactics used by the Green Administration to tackle inequalities in environmental burdens and the availability of natural resources. The study investigates the primary policies enacted under the Green Administration which include regulatory changes community involvement initiatives and allocation of resources. The research evaluates the effects of these policies on disadvantaged areas using a mix of qualitative and quantitative approaches such as policy analysis case studies and interviews with stakeholders. The findings indicate that while the Green Administration has made substantial progress in advancing environmental fairness via focused initiatives and heightened awareness there are still obstacles to completely eliminating structural disparities. The report emphasises the achievements in mitigating pollution exposure in low-income regions and enhancing the availability of green spaces. However it also acknowledges deficiencies in the execution and enforcement of policies. The analysis concludes by providing recommendations to improve the Green Administrations approach to environmental equity and justice. These recommendations highlight the importance of implementing stronger regulatory frameworks fostering more active community participation and consistently monitoring and evaluating progress to ensure long-term sustainability and fairness.
