Abstract
The integration of Information Technology (IT) into psychological research and practice has profoundly transformed the field of psychology in recent decades. Contemporary technological innovations including artificial intelligence virtual reality mobile applications data analytics and telepsychology platforms have expanded the scope efficiency and accessibility of psychological assessment intervention and research. This study examines the contemporary applications of IT in psychology highlighting the ways in which digital tools computational techniques and innovative platforms enhance understanding of human behavior cognition emotion and social interaction.
