Abstract
The role of school principals in shaping the quality of education enhancing teacher performance and improving student outcomes has become increasingly recognized in contemporary educational research. Principals act as instructional leaders administrative managers and change agents bridging policy mandates with the practical realities of school environments. This study examines the effective approaches to management employed by school principals and evaluates the outcomes achieved in terms of academic performance teacher satisfaction student engagement and overall institutional development.
