Evaluating the Comparative Effectiveness of Service Quality Factors Impacting the Quality of Higher Education in India

Abstract
Assessing the relative effectiveness of different service quality factors is essential for enhancing overall educational results in the fast changing higher education scene in India. This research examines the influence of many factors of service quality on the quality of higher education in India. Employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies we examine crucial determinants of service quality including faculty expertise infrastructure administrative assistance and student support by means of surveys and interviews conducted with students faculty members and administrative personnel. The research uses statistical methodologies to assess the efficacy of these components and their impact on the quality of education. The findings indicate that factors such as teacher competency and infrastructure have a substantial positive impact on educational quality. However the efficiency of administrative assistance varies. The findings provide significant perspectives for policymakers and educational institutions seeking to prioritise and strengthen certain characteristics of service quality in order to boost overall standards of higher education in India.
