Abstract
The rise of food delivery culture has revolutionized the way people access and consume food shifting eating habits from home-cooked meals to restaurant-prepared and on-demand delivery options. While this convenience-driven model has increased accessibility and food diversity it has also raised concerns about the impact on traditional cuisine culinary heritage and local food practices. This paper explores the sociocultural implications of food delivery services on traditional cuisine analyzing whether these platforms contribute to preserving culinary heritage or accelerate its erosion. By examining consumer behavior globalization trends and market-driven food innovations this study assesses how food delivery culture shapes the identity of traditional cuisine in contemporary society.
