The term Quality of Working Life (QWL) is used in the context of an office setting to describe how content and happy workers are with their job. It covers a lot of ground including but not limited to employee engagement job satisfaction work-life balance and workplace security. Improving workers quality of work life (QWL) aims to strengthen their professional and personal lives which in turn improves their performance decreases turnover and increases loyalty to the organisation. Improving working conditions offering chances for professional growth and cultivating a friendly and inclusive work culture are all potential ways to increase quality of work life (QWL). Together the advantages to people and the organizations performance and productivity may be enhanced by this comprehensive approach.
