Happiness in the workplace has emerged as a critical determinant of employee productivity organizational commitment and overall corporate success. The contemporary workplace environment influenced by globalization technological advancement and competitive pressures requires organizations to address not only tangible outcomes but also the emotional and psychological well-being of employees. Workplace happiness encompasses factors such as job satisfaction work-life balance recognition social support and personal growth opportunities. This research paper explores the multidimensional nature of workplace happiness and its impact on employee engagement performance and retention. The study employs quantitative and qualitative approaches to assess how various organizational strategies leadership styles and human resource practices influence employees’ sense of well-being.
