Impact of Human Resource Policies and Procedures on Employees Perceptions of Indian Service Organisations.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of high levels of control on employee performance in the context of Indian service employment. A total of 105 samples were collected by visiting the registered offices of various service organisations in India. The collection of survey frameworks was developed by statistical analysis. A study was carried out to analyse the impact of several elements such as recruitment and selection on staff members self-perception of their performance. The study also considered the influence of training methods program assessment and performance assessments. Studies have shown a significant correlation between human resource practices and employee performance. Several aspects such as progression plan remuneration systems and recruiting tactics have had a substantial impact on employee performance. In this part we analyse the importance of the findings as well as the constraints of the study and the possibility for more investigation in the future.
