IMPROVING COMMUNICATION AMONG WORKERS

Effective communication among workers is fundamental to the success efficiency and productivity of any organization. Poor communication can lead to misunderstandings reduced collaboration lower morale and decreased overall performance. In modern workplaces characterized by diversity cross-functional teams and complex hierarchies establishing clear and efficient communication channels is increasingly critical. This research explores strategies to improve communication among workers by analyzing organizational structures interpersonal dynamics cultural factors and technological interventions. By integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches including surveys interviews and observational studies this study identifies the barriers to effective communication such as language differences information overload lack of feedback mechanisms and hierarchical obstacles.
