Improving Image Quality by Pixel Component Utilisation
Author(s): Dr. Basudeo YadavAbstract
Image quality enhancement has emerged as a critical requirement across diverse applications including medical imaging remote sensing surveillance multimedia and digital photography. High-quality images are essential for accurate visual interpretation computational analysis and improved human-computer interaction. Among various approaches pixel component utilisation offers a promising methodology for optimizing image fidelity reducing noise enhancing contrast and improving overall perceptual quality. This research paper investigates methods for enhancing image quality through pixel component analysis focusing on the decomposition and manipulation of red green and blue (RGB) channels and other color space components. By selectively enhancing specific pixel components the system can achieve sharper edges better color reproduction and improved structural clarity without excessive computational overhead.
