Abstract
In the field of e-commerce it is evident that information and communication technologies has the capacity to completely transform various methods of conducting sales. It affects all stages of communication including pre-payment post-payment and mid-payment. Online marketplaces are creating a new category of consumer markets specifically for digital items and services. This article aims to include internet payment mechanisms. This page provides a comprehensive description of the systems connected by various stakeholders such as the customer-marketer the payment service provider and the bank responsible for processing the payments. This research aims to elucidate the correlation between community economic development and the adoption of new information and communication technology services namely e-commerce in less developed countries.
