Abstract
Prejudice as a pervasive social phenomenon significantly influences interpersonal relationships societal dynamics and individual well-being. Contemporary psychological research emphasizes that prejudice is not only shaped by external sociocultural factors but also by specific personality features including traits such as openness conscientiousness extraversion agreeableness and neuroticism. Understanding how personality dimensions interact with cognitive biases social cognition and emotional regulation is crucial for mitigating prejudice and promoting social harmony.
