Abstract
The convergence of public sector reform and environmental sustainability has become more essential as governments globally confront the twin problems of improving efficiency and tackling climate change. This study examines the movement in thinking towards Green Administration which involves incorporating environmental objectives into the management of the public sector. The report emphasises the need to modify established public sector frameworks by integrating sustainable practices with a focus on policy innovation regulatory modifications and the deployment of green technology. The text explores case studies of governments that have effectively synchronised their administrative procedures with environmental goals providing valuable insights into exemplary approaches and the obstacles faced. The key results indicate that successful green management requires a comprehensive strategy including not just legislative modifications but also cultural transformations inside public organisations. This entails promoting environmental consciousness giving priority to sustainable acquisition and integrating environmental factors into decision-making processes at all levels of government. The article continues by proposing strategic measures for governments aiming to align their governance frameworks with environmental objectives endorsing a cooperative strategy that engages many stakeholders such as civil society the commercial sector and international organisations.
