Conventional methods of administration arent always up to the task of keeping up with the ever-changing demands of modern businesses. By dissecting a business that put opportunity-based management (OBM) into practice this case study aims to provide light on the theory and practice of OBM. Focussing on the companys process for identifying evaluating and capitalizing on new possibilities the research draws attention to the important practices and results linked to OBM. The case study shows how OBM can boost organisational agility innovation and competitive positioning via quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results stress the need for an environment that encourages people to look for opportunities and be adaptable in their responses. Managers and leaders in any field may benefit greatly from the findings of this study as they face uncertainty and try to predict and profit from new trends.
