The Non-Cooperation Movement instigated by Mahatma Gandhi in 1920 was a momentous event in the Indian independence movement. The objective was to oppose British governance by peaceful methods such as boycotting British products establishments and accolades. The movement was a crucial turning point in Indian political tactics promoting extensive public involvement and large-scale mobilisation against colonial domination. Sardar Patel a prominent figure in the movement played a pivotal role in coordinating and guiding demonstrations throughout Gujarat. His leadership played a crucial role in organizing the rural populace and overseeing the movements operations at the local level. Patels efforts facilitated the dissemination of patriotic feelings and bolstered the Indian National Congresss stance against British rulers. His practical and efficient organisational abilities were crucial in maintaining the progress of the movement despite obstacles and suppression from the colonial administration.
